Sporting Clubs simply cannot survive without volunteers, here are a few tips on finding great people:
- Have fun, everyone will want to be part of the action if you’re happy and having fun.
- Define the roles, expectations and time required.
- Spoil them! Outfit your volunteers in club gear making them part of the team.
- Say THANKS – recognise your helpers, everyone likes to be appreciated.
